Lefay Resort & SPA is the perfect blend of peace and relaxation paired with personalized health and wellness services, in a truly breathtaking setting. Lefay is the ultimate luxury European spa experience and the only resort I would love to return every few years.
ACCOMODATIONS: 5/5
All of the rooms are truly stunning. Each visit I enjoyed the clean and spacious, Prestige Junior Suite, directly overlooking Lake Garda. They have since been restyled in 2021. I appreciate the resort's deep commitment to sustainability, with the energy-efficient buildings, locally sourced products, and several impressive environmental certifications.

I genuinely felt cared for during both of my stays at Lefay. Check-in began with a welcome drink enjoyed on the terrace and the expert customer service experience continued throughout my entire stay, truly exceeding my expectations.

Perched above Lake Garda, the main dining room is absolutely stunning with the most impressive panoramic views. From farm-to-table ingredients to expertly crafted menus, every meal was health conscious and truly delightful. Fun fact: The juicing station at the breakfast buffet first inspired Bring the Spa Home.
SPA AND WELLNESS: 5/5
I highly recommend booking the Discovery Program as an introduction to the "Lefay SPA Method," which combines classical Eastern medicine with innovative Western research. It begins with a consultation with a doctor who carefully crafts an itinerary of wellness classes, spa services and herbal teas to facilitate healing and balance. All the health programs are based on five pillars: diagnosis, spa treatments, energy balancing, phototherapy and nutrition.

The heart and soul of Lefay Resort are the world-class spa facilities. The ultimate wellness sanctuary, spanning an impressive 3,800 square meters, offers an array of holistic treatments crafted to restore harmony of mind, body, and soul. I was very impressed and enjoyed all of the wellness programs, fitness classes, and outdoor activities. The ladies-only rose scented sauna is a true slice of Heaven on Earth.
