Five Health Supplements.

This is my daily lineup of health supplements.

  1. Super Lysine+ Tablets, Immune Support - Contains L-Lysine, Vitamin C, Propolis, Garlic Bulb, Echinacea, and Licorice Root. I take three as soon as I wake up and have managed to avoid getting sick or a cold sore for several months now!

  2. Garden of Life Probiotic and Mood Supplement - We learned about the growing research regarding the connection between gut and brain health earlier this year, and have made a conscious effort to take care of our gut bacteria ever since. Some of the supplements are taken with food and some without, so I’ve found a weekly pill organizer super helpful to remember to take them at the right time of day. I love how each day is removable and I can throw it in my purse and go.
