INDOOR vs OUTDOOR LIGHT.
So here is the thing about our only son, he is four and doesn't prefer to be photographed. So on the rare occasion that he obliges my request, I do a little happy dance inside. Having just come home from Trader Joe's he decided to decorate himself with the stickers and I knew I had to shoot it! I also knew it was risky to try with the poor indoor light but I gave it a shot handheld at 1/30. While I have heard this can be done, you can see from the image below, that I failed at my first attempt. Thankfully, he agreed to come outside for the above image. I owe this one to the kind and generous folks over on IG and their helpful advice! Shooting at an f/4 made a huge difference in achieving a better focus. This was the last image taken on my fourth roll of film.
How about all of my contax friends out there, what's the secret for shooting at a f/2? Please share!
