It is my JOY to give and to help others.

If we were close friends, you'd know that I could talk forever about photography and at times can go a little overboard. If I had endless hours in the day, I'd love nothing more than to study my craft and help others, even if its just in the smallest of ways.

However, during this season in my life, my days are so very FULL. Full of three sweet little children that need their mama close - to read to them, to prepare meals and lots of snacks, to wipe bottoms and noses, sing them to sleep and all of the fun things in between. I know this season will change and in a few years time, there will be more hours during the day to spend as I wish.

Most days I struggle with balancing life, motherhood and caring for my family as well as myself. But I always savor the small bits of time, where I can blog and hopefully help and encourage ya'll along the way. I pray this small space can be a source of light for all of us, to lead us toward a happier, fuller and more JOYFUL life.

And here I am looking incredible uncomfortable and awkward in from of the camera - but 2014 is all about conquering fear and procrastination, making changes, pushing myself beyond my comfort zone and begin living the life I've always dreamed I could.

So how about you? How is your 2014 coming along? If there are questions or topics and ideas you'd like to see more of,  just let me know and I'll be sure to answer!

I owe oodles of gratitude to those friends and faithful readers that have taken the time to comment and encourage me along the way. If this blog, only a month old today, has been at all helpful, entertaining, informative or encouraging, than it has met its only goal. It's incredibly fulfilling to know that our followers have been creating family photo albums, ordering prints for their home, archiving and organizing children's artwork and working towards accomplishing personal goals. You alone are the reason for this blog and who I find a true honor to help and serve. Thanks ya'll!
