I've made all sorts of mistakes lately, and have ended up wasting a whole bunch film. Huge bummer.
Take for example this series... the first two were shot at f/250. Thankfully, as I was recording the settings in my film journal, it occurred to me it was too fast of a shutter speed to show the motion of the pinwheel and so I dropped it back down to 1/60 and gave it another shot.
I'm not sure about you but I love the first one a whole lot more. Cheers to learning from our mistakes friends and hoping we don't ever make the same one twice! Film is just too darn precious to waste, so the next time I pick up the Contax, I'm going to slow down and take my time.
